Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that its Board of Directors considered and approved the declaration of dividends for JPS Preference Shares B, C, D and E. The dividends will be payable on April 1, 2022 to shareholders on record at the close of business on March 15, 2022. The ex-dividend date is March 14, 2022.

The dividend payments will be as follows:

7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” – $0.035 per share
5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” – $0.025 per share
5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” – $0.025 per share
6% Cumulative Preference Shares  “E” – $0.03  per  share

JPS has also declared a dividend of US$0.23684931507 per share on its Class F Preference Shares payable on March 30, 2022 to shareholders on record as at March 10, 2022.  The ex-dividend date is March 9, 2022
