Stationery & Office Supplies Limited (SOS) has advised that at its Board meeting held on May 16, 2024, Mr. John Hudson was appointed an independent director of the Company. Mr. Hudson will join the board of directors as well as be a member of SOS’s remuneration and corporate governance committees and will chair the audit committee.
