LASCO Financial Services Limited (LASF) has advised that it has been brought to the Company’s attention that information previously posted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange has caused certain persons to form the view that the use of the words “by mutual agreement” conveys an assertion that Mrs. Jacinth Hall-Tracey was dismissed by the Company, which is erroneous.

LASF has further advised that Mrs. Hall-Tracey was not dismissed nor was she asked by the Company to resign.  Her resignation letter indicates that she will remain with the Company until December 31, 2025.  The Company accepted her resignation.
