Image Plus Consultants Limited (IPCL) has advised that the Company has reached an agreement with the shareholders of Island Radiology for IPCL to acquire the assets and brand of Island Radiology. The Company has further advised that the proposed acquisition is subject to the successful execution of a definitive sale and purchase agreement and IPCL is seeking to conclude the transaction in the first quarter of FY 2027.
