Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited (KNTYR) has advised that it has officially transitioned the leadership reins of its subsidiary, Parallel Real Estate Ventures Limited, to a new executive team. KNTYR has further advised that Mr. Edwin Xiao has been appointed as President & Chief Executive Officer of Parallel Real Estate Ventures Limited. He is joined by Mr. Dane Fairweather who takes the lead as Chief Operations Officer.
KNTYR has also advised that Randy Mattis and Seretse Bell have resigned as Co-CEO of Parallel Real Estate Ventures effective immediately. The Company has further advised that Mr. Mattis will remain as a key shareholder in Parallel and will serve on various board committees in the company. He continues to be the lead on the Chalet’ Real Estate Development.
