Scotia Group Jamaica Limited (SGJ) has advised of the following appointments to the Board of Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries:
- The Hon. Peter Moses, OJ, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of SGJ and its Risk Committee, effective June 19, 2026, subject to Bank of Jamaica Fit & Proper approval.
- Jonathan Echeverria has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited effective March 4, 2026, subject to Bank of Jamaica Fit & Proper approval.
- Yaniece Gentles has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Scotia Jamaica Life Insurance Company Limited and its Audit & Conduct Review Committee and Investment, Loan & Risk Committee effective February 24, 2026, subject to Financial Services Commission approval.
- Stephanie Ewbank has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Scotia General Insurance Agency Limited and its Conduct Review Committee effective February 24, 2026, subject to Financial Services Commission approval.
