Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) has advised that the implementation of a new Executive Management Structure at the Jamaica Stock Exchange Group (JSE Group) has resulted in a change of leadership with Ms. Andrea Kelly concluding her tenure as General Manager, Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited (JCSD) and JCSD Trustee Services Limited (JCSDTS), effective September 14, 2026.

The JSE has further advised that the new Executive Management Structure provides for the elimination of the combined position of General Manager -JCSD/JCSDTS, which will be replaced with two new positions, namely General Manager JCSD and General Manager JCSDTS. In the interim, Mr. Livingstone Morrison, Chief Executive Officer, JSE Group, will assume responsibility for executive oversight of the operations of JCSD and JCSDTS.
