Dividend Declaration: Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN)

Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has declared a dividend payment of US$ 0.0012 per share payable on June 26, 2018 to ordinary shareholders on record as at June 8, 2018. The ex-dividend date is June 7, 2018. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.151491 per share. PROVEN also declared a dividend of J$0.103125 payable on June 15, 2018 to preference shareholders on record as at June 8, 2018. The ex-dividend date is June 7, 2018.
