- Bank charges totalled US$3,307 (2025: US$3,422).
- Corporate fees decreased to US$750 (2025: US$7,829).
- License fees totalled US$249 (2025: US$250).
Loss for the period amounted to US$2,468,203, a 174% increase in the loss relative to the US$899,124 reported in 2025. This included a new income tax expense of US$24,484 (2025: nil).
Consequently, Loss Per Share for the six months amounted to US$0.09 (2025: LPS: US$0.03). The twelve-month trailing LPS was US$0.10, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 26,944,861. Notably, MPCCEL’s stock price closed the trading period on August 11, 2026 at a price of $29.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s assets totalled US$28.77 million (2025: US$31.57 million). The movement in total assets was primarily attributable to a 9% decline in ‘Investments at fair value through profit or loss’ amounting to US$23.31 million (2025: US$25.67 million), together with a 7% decrease in ‘Cash and cash equivalents’ to US$5.06 million (2025: US$5.46 million).
Shareholder’s equity was US$1.00 (2025: US$1.00), representing a book value per share of US$0.00 (2025: US$0.00).
