Notice of Redemption and Suspension of Trading & Delisting – MJE10FR2026T2

Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (“MJE” or the “Company”) wishes to advise as follows:
– MJE10FR2026T2 (Tranche II Bonds): Trading in these bonds will be suspended and the bonds delisted from the Jamaica Stock Exchange, effective August 26, 2026.
This step forms part of MJE’s plan to refinance through a new public bond offering.
Bondholders with questions regarding redemption proceeds or timing should contact their Mayberry Investments Limited advisor.
