Unaudited financials for the six months ended June 30, 2026:
OMNI INDUSTRIES LIMITED (OMNI) for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reported a 35% increase in Revenue totaling $1.33 billion compared to $988.18 million in the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the second quarter had a 23% increase to close at $637.21 million compared to $517.41 million for the comparable quarter of 2025.
Year to date, Cost of Sales amounted to $812.09 million (2025: $582.74 million), this represents an increase of 39% year over year. Consequently, gross profit increased by 28% to $518.42 million compared to $405.44 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The company booked gross profit of $258.94 million for the second quarter versus $223.96 million reported for the similar quarter of 2025.
Other Income increased by 10% to close at $16.82 million (2025: $15.27 million), while administrative expenses increased by 7% from $131.36 million in 2025 to $141.08 million in the period under review. Additionally, factory expenses for the six months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to $151.43 million, a 29% increase relative to $117.63 million reported in 2025. Selling expenses amounted to $84.80 million (2025: $74.58 million).
Operating Profit for the six months ended June 30, 2026, amounted to $157.92 million, a 63% increase relative to $97.14 million reported in 2025. Operating Profit for the second quarter amounted to $66.03 million (2025: $60.08 million). Finance Costs totaled $15.37 million, a 2% increase from the corresponding period last year (2025: $15.03 million).
Profit before Taxation for the six months ended June 30, 2026, amounted to $142.55 million, a 74% increase relative to $82.11 million reported in 2025. Profit before Taxation for the second quarter amounted to $56.87 million (2025: $51.75 million).
No tax charge was incurred for the six months ended June 30, 2026 (2025: nil), reflecting the Company’s Junior Market tax exemption. As a result, Net Profit for the six months amounted to $142.55 million, a 74% increase from the $82.11 million reported in 2025. For the second quarter, Net Profit was $56.87 million (2025: $51.75 million).
Consequently, Earnings Per Share for the six months amounted to $0.06 (2025: EPS: $0.03), while Earnings Per Share for the quarter totaled $0.02 (2025: EPS: $0.02). The twelve-month trailing EPS was $0.08 and the number of shares used in these calculations was 2,500,000,000.
Notably, OMNI’s stock price closed the trading period on August 12, 2026, at a price of $0.97 with a corresponding P/E ratio of 11.98x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s assets totaled $2.00 billion (2025: $1.67 billion). The rise in total assets was primarily attributable to a 33% increase in “Inventories” amounting to $940.90 million (2025: $706.28 million) and a 27% increase in “Property, Plant and Equipment” to $583.47 million (2025: $460.42 million), partly offset by a 43% decline in “Cash and Bank” amounting to $25.00 million (2025: $43.48 million).
Shareholders’ equity was $1.21 billion (2025: $1.01 billion), representing a book value per share of $0.48 (2025: $0.40).
