Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited (SBJ) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 4, 2017, the appointment of Ms. Chorvelle Johnson as Chief Executive Officer was confirmed, subject to regulatory approval. Ms. Johnson’s appointment becomes effective on January 29, 2018. SBJ further advised that as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Ms. Johnson will also be appointed to sit on the Board as a non-independent director.
