Caribbean Cream Limited (KREMI) has advised its transitioning from payments by cheque to payments made directly to shareholders’ accounts via electronic funds transfer (direct deposit). This initiative is being implemented in partnership with the Company’s Registrar and Paying Agent, Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited (JCSD) and is intended to provide shareholders with a more efficient, reliable and convenient method of receiving dividend payments. Direct deposit instructions may be submitted electronically through the JCSD Client Portal. The transition from cheque payments will take effect on January 1, 2027.
