 Future Energy Source Company Limited J$1.0 B Unsecured FR Bond due March 2027 (FESCO7.5%FR8MAR27) – FESCO has advised that its 5-year unsecured bond for the aggregate principal sum of One Billion Jamaican Dollars at 7.5% due March 9, 2027 (FESCO7.5%FR8MAR27) was redeemed on June 18, 2026. FESCO has further advised that consequently, the Jamaica Stock Exchange was asked to delist the bond from the Private Market of the JSE by June 25, 2026
