NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised of the following changes to the composition of its Board and the Board of its subsidiary, National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ):

1. Mr. Gary Brown, who was elected to the Board of NCBFG at the Annual General Meeting in February, has been appointed Lead Independent Director;
2. Mrs. Sandra Glasgow resigned as a director of NCBFG effective March 20, 2024, but will continue to serve as director on the Boards of NCBJ and Clarien Bank Limited;
3. Mrs. Sanya Goffe resigned as a director of NCBJ effective March 20, 2024, but will remain on the Board of Directors of NCBFG;
4. Mr. John Bailey was appointed as a director of NCBJ on February 21, 2024.
