Paramount Trading Jamaica Limited (PTL) has advised of the appointment of Messrs. Crichton Mullings & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new external Auditors, effective July 28, 2026. PTL has further advised that the appointment follows the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on November 15, 2025, at which Messrs. McKenley & Associates, Chartered Accountants, were not reappointed, with the selection of a successor firm left to the discretion of the Board of Directors.
PTL has also advised that this transition is in no way related to any disagreement with respect to accounting principles, financial statement disclosures or any other matter affecting the functions of the previous Auditors.
PTL has released its audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2026.
