Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised of the resignation of its auditors Messrs. PricewaterhouseCoopers (St. Lucia) with effect from February 20, 2019, and the appointment of Grant Thornton (St. Lucia) as the new auditor of the Company effective February 21, 2019.
