Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) has advised of the resignation of KPMG as auditor of the Company effective September 19, 2023, and the appointment of Crichton Mullings & Associates as the Company’s new auditor effective September 20, 2023, until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the shareholders.
SALF further advises that the resignation of KPMG is not related to any disagreement or professional concerns with SALF in respect of any accounting principles or practices, financial statement, disclosure or any material issue.
