tTech Limited (TTECH) has advised of the following changes:
- Mrs. Marsha Bucknor, who held the positions of Sales and Marketing Manager and Company Secretary, has resigned from the Company effective December 13, 2024.
- Mrs. Hortense Gregory-Nelson, the Company’s Finance and Administrative Manager, will be resigning effective December 31, 2024.
- Mr. Kevin Gordon, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume direct responsibility for the Sales and Marketing portfolio until further notice.
- Mrs. Lesley Cousins has been appointed as the Company Secretary of tTech Limited effective December 14, 2024.
- Mr. Rob Mayo-Smith, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, will assume direct responsibility for the Finance and Administrative portfolio until further notice.
