Unaudited financials for the six months ended June 30, 2026:
Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL), for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reported a 5% increase in Total Gaming Income from $27.83 billion in 2025 to $29.14 billion in 2026. For the quarter, Total Gaming Income grew 5% to $14.67 billion (2025: $14.00 billion). Revenues from the Company’s segments for the six months were as follows:
- Revenue from non-fixed odd wagering games, horse racing, and pin codes increased 3% to $17.56 billion (2025: $17.04 billion).
- Income from fixed odds wagering games, net of prizes, increased 7% to $11.58 billion (2025: $10.79 billion).
Direct Expenses for the period increased 5% to $22.50 billion (2025: $21.47 billion). For the quarter, Direct Expenses increased 5% to $11.34 billion (2025: $10.80 billion).
Gross Profit for the six months ended June 30, 2026, increased to $6.63 billion (2025: $6.36 billion). For the quarter, Gross Profit increased to $3.34 billion (2025: $3.20 billion).
Selling, general, and administrative expenses for the six months ended June 30, 2026, increased 2% to $4.54 billion (2025: $4.45 billion). For the quarter, selling, general, and administrative expenses were broadly flat at $2.24 billion (2025: $2.23 billion).
Other Income for the six months increased to $306.81 million (2025: $14.44 million). For the quarter, Other Income increased to $153.24 million (2025: $66.41 million).
Operating Profit for the six months ended June 30, 2026, increased 21% to $2.50 billion (2025: $2.07 billion). For the quarter, Operating Profit increased 16% to $1.30 billion (2025: $1.11 billion).
Finance Costs for the six months increased 23% to $526.79 million (2025: $429.51 million). For the quarter, Finance Costs increased 29% to $270.01 million (2025: $209.28 million).
Profit before taxation for the six months increased 20% to $1.97 billion (2025: $1.64 billion). For the quarter, Profit before taxation increased 14% to $1.03 billion (2025: $902.81 million).
Taxation for the six months increased 43% to $491.40 million (2025: $343.64 million). For the quarter, Taxation increased 96% to $247.64 million (2025: $126.54 million).
Profit Attributable to shareholders for the six months amounted to $1.48 billion (2025: $1.30 billion), a 14% increase. For the quarter, Profit Attributable to shareholders decreased 1% to $777.14 million (2025: $784.42 million).
Consequently, Earnings Per Share for the six months amounted to $0.56 (2025: EPS: $0.49), while Earnings Per Share for the quarter totaled $0.29 (2025: EPS: $0.30). The twelve-month trailing EPS was $0.77, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 2,637,254,926.
Notably, SVL’s stock price closed the trading period on July 30, 2026, at $18.24 with a corresponding P/E ratio of 23.70x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The Company’s assets totaled $23.36 billion (2025: $21.58 billion). The increase in the Company’s total asset base was driven primarily by an 28% rise in current assets, most notably a 70% increase in Cash and cash equivalents ending the period at $1.96 billion (2025: $1.16 billion) and a 34% increase in the current portion of Loans and advances ending the period at $2.12 billion (2025: $1.58 billion), together with the addition of $539.27 million in Short Term Investments (2025: nil); these gains were partly offset by a 22% decline in Inventories to $138.75 million (2025: $177.00 million) and a modest contraction in the non-current asset base.
Shareholders’ equity was $5.10 billion (2025: $5.30 billion), representing a book value per share of $1.93 (2025: $2.01).
