Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has advised that Mayberry Holdings Limited (MHL) and Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (MJE) completed the acquisition of a combined 475,000,000 ordinary shares in DOLLA from Dequity Capital Management Limited (Dequity) on June 11, 2026. DOLLA has further advised that of the shares acquired, MHL acquired 430,000,000 shares and MJE acquired 45,000,000 shares. As a result of the transaction, MHL’s direct shareholding in DOLLA has increased to 38.20% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital, while Dequity’s shareholding has been reduced to 0%.
