Notice of Early Redemption and Suspension of Trading & Delisting – MJE8.75FR2026T1

Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (“MJE” or the “Company”) wishes to advise as follows:
– MJE8.75FR2026T1 (Tranche I Bonds): The Company will be redeeming the bonds in full ahead of the maturity date of October 26, 2026.
This step forms part of MJE’s plan to refinance through a new public bond offering.
Bondholders with questions regarding redemption proceeds or timing should contact their Mayberry Investments Limited advisor.
