Everything Fresh Limited (EFRESH) for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reported a marginal 0.3% decrease in Revenue totalling $2.165 billion compared to $2.172 billion in the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the second quarter decreased by 4% to $1.07 billion compared to $1.12 billion for the comparable quarter of 2025.
Cost of Sales amounted to $1.70 billion (2025: $1.72 billion), representing a decrease of 1% year over year. Consequently, Gross Profit increased by 2% to $463.18 million compared to $455.18 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025. Gross Profit for the second quarter increased by 8% to $237.74 million compared to $221.16 million for the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Other Operating Income decreased by 52% to $1.24 million from $2.56 million in 2025. Total Income increased by 1% to $464.42 million compared to $457.74 million in the prior year. Administrative and Other Expenses increased by 2% to $322.16 million from $314.49 million, while Selling and Promotion Expenses increased by 73% to $28.08 million from $16.19 million. As a result, Total Operating Expenses for the six months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to $350.24 million, representing a 6% increase relative to $330.67 million reported in 2025.
Operating Profit for the six months ended June 30, 2026, amounted to $114.18 million, representing a 10% decrease from $127.07 million reported in 2025. Operating Profit for the second quarter amounted to $59.16 million, compared to $64.09 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Finance Costs increased by 4% to $36.34 million from $34.78 million in the corresponding period last year. Profit Before Tax for the six months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to $77.84 million, representing a 16% decrease from $92.29 million in 2025. Profit Before Tax for the second quarter amounted to $41.72 million, compared to $46.35 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Taxation increased by 119% to $10.83 million compared to $4.94 million in 2025. Consequently, Net Profit for the Period amounted to $67.01 million, representing a 23% decrease from $87.35 million in the prior year. Net Profit Attributable to Stockholders of the Parent amounted to $68.77 million, representing a 15% decrease from $80.94 million in 2025. For the second quarter, Net Profit Attributable to Stockholders of the Parent amounted to $40.28 million, compared to $42.07 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Total Comprehensive Income for the six months amounted to $67.77 million, compared to $87.35 million in 2025. Total Comprehensive Income Attributable to Owners of the Parent amounted to $69.37 million, compared to $80.94 million in the prior year.
Consequently, Earnings Per Share for the six months amounted to $0.09 compared to $0.10 in 2025, while Earnings Per Share for the second quarter amounted to $0.05 compared to $0.05 for the corresponding quarter of 2025. The twelve-month trailing EPS was approximately $0.04, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 780,000,000.
Notably, EFRESH’s stock price closed the trading period on August 12, 2026 at $1.72. Using the twelve-month trailing EPS of approximately $0.04, this represents a P/E ratio of approximately 46.85x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The Group’s Total Assets amounted to $1.74 billion at June 30, 2026, representing a 2% decrease from $1.78 billion in 2025. The decrease was mainly driven by Receivables, which fell to $425.06 million from $512.43 million, as well as Right-of-Use Assets, which declined to $38.97 million from $61.30 million. Inventories also decreased slightly to $735.01 million from $740.19 million.
Equity Attributable to Stockholders of the Parent increased to $601.45 million from $573.12 million in 2025, representing a book value per share of approximately $0.77 compared to $0.73 in the prior year.
