Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (JSE: MJE) invites subscriptions for J$1,500,000,000 in secured bonds, with an option to up-size by a further J$750,000,000. The bonds carry a fixed interest rate of 9.50% per annum over a 36-month tenor, with interest paid quarterly and a minimum subscription of J$20,000.
The Prospectus, registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica and the Financial Services Commission on August 14, 2026, is available for download below. The offer opens at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 24, 2026 and closes at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
